Supplies:
- Large pot
- 1# ground turkey
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 can chili (your preference)
- 1 small can tomato sauce
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- In a large pot, brown ground turkey.
- Add remaining ingredients and 1/2 c water.
- Simmer until ready to eat. Yum!
Approx. calories: 450 for 1 c chili plus 2 tbl shredded low-fat cheddar cheese
