- One medium pot
From the pantry:
- 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can diced tomatoes and green chilies
- 1 can (5.5 oz) V8 juice
- Dump all ingredients into pot.
- Heat through and serve.
